Once your sampling campaign is confirmed, including product variants, we will provide warehouse delivery addresses for your sample stock. From there, we handle redistribution to our network locations based on the campaign's targeting.
Timelines vary depending on booking and live dates. Depending on the needs of the campaign and the product, we can adjust timelines accordingly.
Absolutely. We provide a detailed post-campaign report, including activation insights, photography and questionnaire responses. Plus, you can customise the questionnaire to gather specific information important to you and your brand.
There is no strict limit. However, for clarity and effective insights, we may recommend splitting products into separate campaigns based on variants or locations.
Yes, we can store and distribute chilled and frozen products. We confirm these requirements while finalising network locations, ensuring proper storage facilities are available.
Our extensive network allows for segmentation based on various factors such as age, gender, socioeconomic status, lifestyle and of course location.
While workplaces are our bread and butter, we also offer sampling in gyms, events, healthcare facilities, hospitality venues, universities, and colleges.
The process begins with your brief, detailing what, where, and who you want to sample to. We then create branded email and social media communications to support the campaign, segment our network to match your goals, and secure participants in our network who are eager to sample. Once locations are confirmed, we handle distribution, with a detailed report being presented post campaign.
Once samples are delivered, our ambassadors hand them out to staff, collecting photos and testimonials alongside encouraging staff to complete the questionnaire.
Yes! We provide add-ons like professional videography, lo-fi social content, and experiential events to enhance your campaign.

For those interested in receiving samples:
There is no sign-up fee and our campaigns are absolutely no cost to you or your organisation. The products are free and are provided by our brand partners – they simply want you and your colleagues to try their products and to raise brand awareness.
Just like everything else, we cover the costs. You will never be required to provide payment for anything.
You’re completely in control of which campaigns you opt-in to and which products you receive. You will never receive a delivery unless you have authorised it.
Only if/when you have opted in to a campaign will we start processing your organisation for delivery. Your company’s information will not be transferred to any third-party companies, other than our logistics provider to arrange your delivery.
Our main areas of operation are U.K., U.S., Canada, Ireland, Western Europe, Nordics and the Middle East. However, we often have one off campaigns in countries like South Africa, too.
In the U.K and the US, we aim to have free employee rewards campaigns once a week. In Canada, once a month. However, please note that not all UK and US campaigns are available nationwide, so this doesn’t mean you will always be offered campaigns on a weekly basis. Everywhere else, our campaigns can vary from once a month to once every quarter. Our team are always working hard to get more campaigns in place for our global network.
A Slice Representative is the primary contact at a company that has signed-up to Slice. Once your sign-up has been registered, you receive your unique Company Code.
You will receive an email when there is a new free product that you are eligible for in your area. This email will contain a link to the campaign page on our website. Here, you will find all the information about the product and you can opt in with your unique WPA code.
You will receive an email when there is a new free product in your area – the email will contain a link to the campaign page on our website where you can opt out, or you can email back to let us know.
If you opt-out of a particular campaign, you will still be eligible for other campaigns and will continue to receive new emails.
If at any time you want to unsubscribe your company from sampling opportunities, send us an email at campaigns@sliceimpact.com and we can remove you from our database immediately.
You will receive an email from our operations team with the exact delivery date when the products will arrive.
There is no obligation for you to do anything in return. We will share a questionnaire provided by the brand asking for your feedback on the products. There is no minimum number of reviews required, but feedback is encouraged. The questionnaire will be sent to the Slice Representatives email and all we ask is that they forward it on to their team. We also encourage representatives to capture images of their team enjoying the products and share them with us via email on campaigns@sliceimpact.com or via the questionnaire form.
Your feedback/photos are used internally by Slice for our client reports. We remove any personal information (names etc.) and use your images as feedback. Additionally, we may use the images within our external marketing material such as on our social media accounts or case studies on our websites. If special circumstances arise where a client would like to use a photo or testimonial for something beyond Slice, we will always contact the Slice representative first for consent.
This will simply be because we haven’t had a suitable campaign to offer your company. Campaigns depend on the brands desired location and demographic which they wish to target. As soon as we do, we will be in contact with an opt in email – so you just need to keep a look out in your inbox and we’ll be in touch as soon as we can.

We work on a campaign basis, so we’re only able to include samples for your event if the dates and company align with the client’s brief. Unfortunately, we are not permitted to use our samples for charity events, if ever you need more information on this please ensure you contact us at campaigns@sliceimpact.com.
The sizes and types of products we send out vary, sometimes they will be sample size, and others could be a full-sized product. When opting in, if ever you are unsure of exactly what you will be receiving, please ask us ahead of the delivery being made.
Consumer Competition
If you've been selected for a campaign and have enjoyed a sample, simply scan the QR code on the poster or via the link on the email to fill out the questionnaire and you’ll be entered to win prizes.
Company Representative Competition
The company rep that collects the most photos, testimonials and questionnaire entrants will get a chance to win a prize of the brands choice. So get everyone involved and gather as many as you can.
Social Media Competiton
Head to our Instagram to see competition posts and win prizes. All you have to do is ensure you’re following both us and the brand featured on Instagram, like the post and tag a friend.
Yes, but only if we are given minimum three days notice ahead of the delivery day. Cancellations costs us and it is hard to reallocate the samples once the delivery has already been made. Refusal on the day of delivery will not be accepted.
Repeat cancelations may affect your inclusion in future campaigns.
