The Brief

Comfort SA partnered with us to promote their premium fabric conditioner, Comfort Perfume Deluxe Heavenly Nectar, and to createa memorable brand experience. They aimed to target offices with the highest density of LSM A workers across South Africa, delivering long-lasting fragrance and 100 days of freshness directly to their consumers.

The Solution

To meet these objectives, we executed a targeted sampling campaign:

  • 199,992 Comfort Perfume Deluxe samples were distributed across 629 companies in South Africa’s key metropolitan areas: Johannesburg, Cape Town, and Durban.

  • To boost engagement, Comfort launched three interactive competitions, encouraging consumers to:​​

  • Interact with their social media channels.

  • Share their experiences through detailed questionnaires.

  • Provide helpful insights and testimonials

The Results

The campaign yielded impressive outcomes, offering Comfort valuable insights into their target market:

  • 79% of respondents confirmed they currently use a fabric conditioner, with the majority already choosing Comfort as their preferred brand.

  • 68% of participants reported they strongly liked the sample.

  • An outstanding 96% of respondents said they would recommend Comfort Perfume Deluxe to friends or family.

Additionally, Comfort gained deeper insight into consumer preferences, such as key factors influencing the choice of fabric conditioners. This knowledge allowed the brand to assess the likelihood of future purchases and refine their product strategy to better meet consumer needs.
